White Wines

1. Vintner’s White- Dry white Sauvignon blend with herbaceous notes 

2. Riesling- Off dry/semi sweet, notes of green apple

3. Vidal Blanc: Semi-sweet, crisp, well balanced Germany style wine

4. Comfortably Numb: Semi-sweet blend of Cayuga White and Catawba

5. Frontenac Gris: Sweet and smooth with tropical notes

6. Niagara: sweet and foxy, similar to Catawba, but with a grapier finish 

7. Vignoles: Tropical and sweet with notes of citrus

8. Edelweiss: Sweet wine with notes of mead and honey

9. Udder Chaos: Sweet white wine made from the Diamond grape

 

 

Blush Wines

1. Catawba- Sweet and foxy

2. Satisfaction: Sweet berry flavor; crisp and refreshing

 

 

Fruit Wines

1. Bright Ideas: sweet peach wine

2. Blackberry: Sweet with a tart finish similar to blackberry fruit

 

 

Red Wines

1. Bullseye Red: Dry and lightly French oaked red blend

2. Tempronillo- Dry, medium bodied with medium tannins.  Aged a minimum of one year in Romanian Oak barrels

3. Malbec- Dry, medium bodied with medium tannins.  Aged a minimum of one year in Romanian Oak barrels

4. (COMING SOON!) Dazed and Confused: Frontenac and Cayuga blend; sweet berry flavor

5. Crazy Heifer: Fruity and sweet with light berry notes

6. Hooves to the Moon: Sweet and refreshing wine with a fruit forward taste
